Q. Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that is still under pending status, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team at 03-7886 8771 or send an email to our customers service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already made to order..

We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

Yes, we do! For shipment within Peninsular Malaysia price per shipment. It is FREE for any purchase above price. For delivery outside Peninsular Malaysia, please contact us for the details.

Q. What is the ideal image size or resolution for canvas print?
As a general guide, images that are higher than 2MB in file size are usually good enough for excellent print out. Please contact us if you have any issue with your image file format.
Q. Can I send photos taken using my camera phone for canvas print?
Sure thing! As long as the image resolution is sharp enough with optimal image file size, keep calm and send it to us. No worries, our professional designer will further contact you if there is any issue with the image quality.
Q. How do I care for my canvas?
All our canvases are coated with special UV coating that serves as protective shield against UV ray, which also acts as a water and scratch resistant agent for moist and abrasion. In most cases, damp cloth or feather duster is sufficient enough to clean the dust or dirt that stays on the canvas over time. However, please do not expose to continuous strong sunlight or moisture in order to maintain and increase the lifespan of your canvas.

Q. What type of packaging do you use?
Poster and art prints are rolled into a cupboard tube. Wrapped and framed items are covered securely and wrapped with thick bubble wrap.
Q. Which service provider can expect to delivery my order?
Our system will select the best carrier automatically depending on the size of your order. You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order is ready.
Q. When will my art arrive?
You can estimate your art's arrival by adding the processing and transit times. For poster we typically made to order within 5-7 working days, and framed items within 10-14 working days.
Special production and delivery times apply to custom made order. On these items, we have a production and shipping turnaround time of 18 business days.
During peak periods when our production team faces high order volumes, our enduring commitment to the tip-top quality of product unfortunately means that your order might take a little longer to get to you.
